Find a similar model with same motor and impeller and swap out the guts. Sometimes you have to remove impeller from shaft and swap just the motor itself.
It's significantly cheaper to buy a whole unit just for the motor than a motor by itsself.
If it's that old then most likely the motor cannot be repaired as they are not designed for servicing. This video may help you to replace the unit. Good luck!

You'll be able to access the motor to service it and the wiring junction box from inside the bathroom. Please rate this answer if it was at all helpful.

Mine was doing the same thing. I found it was coated with dust.
I took the blower out [unplugged it, and removed the single screw holding it to the box], took the face plate off [removed 4 or five screws] brushed the squirrel-cage fan blades using a narrow, long and stiff bristled brush, and reassembled it [used care to align the small plastic axle on the flap valve ] and reinstalled it. The vibration was greatly lessened and the fan was about as quiet as it had ever been.

Gently pull down, work it down slowly these tend to get dry over time and crack, If you do not see any exposed screws it is the basic pull down type. Not to insult your knowledge but make sure the fan is not on when you do this because the blades will be exposed.
Testimonial: "Didn't exactly correct, but I looked further and found 2 screws. "
