SOURCE: stalls, with oil runing out the exhaust
you have a valve that is stuck in the open position head will need to be removed
then spray valves with wd40 and turn engine over a few times watching to see both valves open and closing, once that is working install head with new head gasket.this is caused by not properly storing the unit. gas should be drained at the end of every season and then ran to burn all gas off from carb and fuel lines once it quits remove sparkplug shoot a tablespoon worth of oil in the cylinder crank engine over for 10-15 seconds to distribute oil on cylinder walls and valves then re install plug now your unit is winterized ready for the next season

No. You just need to find a good honest exhaust shop to fix your exhaust. Some one put the flex pipe on the car, it did not come that way from Mitsu.
The sea foam will not hurt anything. Its good stuff. It was a coincedence the the exhaust noise showed up after you put in the foam.
I hope this helps you.

Sounds like you coil is over heating after running a few minutes. The windings are seperating, then when it sools they make contact again. Try replacing the coil.

did it run out of gas when you added gas it could be that the fuel line has plugged up with something from the bottom of the tank take the fuel line off and try blowing threw it and take a air hose and blow out the carb and carb cleaner
