Some SIM cards because of their design have to be trimmed slightly in order to work with the turbo SIM. You can find a video on how to do this on youtube

Take off the back battery civer, remove battery the sim slot should be under battery on most nokia models if you see no sim slot then your model is not GPRS its CDMA and requires a CDMA provider so check and make sure, Even tho you model may have one or the other there are two form factors to your model phone so this all depends on the formfactor and what system it was designed for. But like i said if you see no sim slot chances are its CDMA.

with the screen facing you, the he sim tray on the iPhone 4 is along the right side half way down the metal frame. On all previous iPhones it is on the up center.
1. Once you have found your sim tray, insert a small paper clip into the hole
2. Slowly push in with even moderate pressure.
3. The tray will pop out and you will see your tray and sim card.
4. when replce=ing the card into the tray, the label side should be facing the screen side of the phone.
5. 
Repalce it by simply reinserting the tray the same way it came out.
