My copier at work is different brand but when it seems to stop working, turning the power off and on does not always work. We will turn it off unplug it from the wall and plug it back in 10 or 15 minutes later and most time it will work again.

When you reinstalled the upper and lower fused rollers mite have flipped the sensor so it's not riding on the fuser roller

NVRAM= NON Volitatle Radom Access Memory. Need to have the firmware flashed and Mite also have the NVRAM replaced can not get on line secure Konica Minolta site. That Memory kkeps track copy count and certain machine info Serial Number etc.

that details the error codes that can occur on your machine. I know that this may not be of much use as you don't appear to have any error codes appearing. However, there is also a link at the top of the page from which you can get a copy of the Service Manual which will probably have a lot more detail in it and may answer your question.
