SOURCE: I have just tried to renew my Norton 360 1 year
Hi thelma_glend
now you are not telling where it is, but do this :
1.On the site where you bough it (purchase it) It has to bee a contact link, go there and write/phone to them, and tell them about the problem.
2. try to contact your bank and say you have not received the product you have ordered.
3. try to contact Norton Support and ask them :
http://www.symantec.com/norton/support/dtree.jsp?id=returns&selected_nav=&pvid=
You can also try to contact the support team thrue your product, I mean it is in the right corner(help or support).
See if you can use theese codes, the you get 25 % off the price : http://www.softwarediscountcodes.com/norton-360.html
I mean you have the possibility to return the produkt if you not have used it
Hope that helps
Have a nice day
If it not helps please return here.

Unfortunately there are a lot of websites out there this day that offer 30 day free trials but are very sneaky about telling you that if you don't cancel it manually you will be charged after the 30 days. In this case they did it on a confirmation paper that came in the mail rather than mentioning it as you were signing up for the trial.
Legally they have done nothing wrong so you have no way of getting your money back. Im really sorry this happened to you, you are not alone.
Hopefully this at least gave you a little insight, the best thing you can do is be more cautious with these scandalous websites!
SOURCE: I sold an item on
Hi,
FIrst you need to check your site preference if you allowed the buyers to edit the payment totals, if it is set up as yes you will need to disable it.
well, the buyer should pay whatever amount of shipping that you have placed in your listing. If the buyer will fail to do so, you can report this to Trust and Safety by using the link below
http://pages.ebay.com/help/contact_us/_base/result_3_6_10.html
click the email us link at the bottom
It will be your discretion on what you can do about the buyer, you can issue refund and then add the buyer in the block bidder buyer list. Unfortunately, this buyer can still leave you negative so please do be careful in dealing with this type of buyer. You can grant the buyer's wish to cancel, file a cancel transaction and you will get the final value fee credit.
In the future, you may want to add a shipping table in your item description so that buyers will see it before they purchase your item.
I hope this helps you a little.
