My Sole E25 eliptical will not reset or is stuck on high resistance? When I turn it on, I can barely push down to start my workout.

SOURCE: transmition stuck in drive

sounds like shifter cable busted... pop the hood and look at drivers side, have another person move the shifter so you can locate the cable... then find the arm coming off the transmission move it all the way one direction it will be either park or low range and that should get you moving again...

SOURCE: my eliptical will not turn without full resistance

I would suspect the circuit board that controls the motor is defective, I would have it looked at by a professional before you just throw one in there though because the part is likely fairly expensive.

SOURCE: My lifefitness eliptical hr monitor is not displaying a heart rate during my workouts how do I fix this???

Those darned chest straps tend to go through batteries. Hopefully, yours has a replaceable battery. If it does, it should have a round area with a coin slot in it. You should be able to take a quarter and unscrew it. Inside there is probably a CR2032 battery - about the size of a quarter. Put a new one in
making sure you have the polarity correct. Then, if you are a man, who has a lot of chest hair, you might need to shave some of it off where the chest band pick-ups (on either side of the battery case) for a good contact on the skin. A good skin connection is necessary. They even make a special di-electric gel to facilitate a good heart beat reading. If you are a woman - especially an older woman - and your mammary glands (it won't let me use the B word) aren't the pert, young kind - you might need to work the strap up as far under them as possible to get it placed just above the solar plexus.

I have even heard of some people wearing the chest strap turned around so the contacts are on the back. This won't usually work unless a body is thin, though.

How do I disassemble a sole e25 elliptical? - Sole Fitness E25 SOLE Elliptical

Sup, my elliptical-lovin' friend! Taking apart the Sole E25 Elliptical is actually pretty easy-peasy. Here's what you need to do:
1. Unplug the machine from the wall outlet and move it to an open area where you have enough space to work.
2. Remove the covers that are located on the base of the machine. These covers are held in place with screws that you'll need to unscrew using a standard Phillips head screwdriver.
3. After the base covers are removed, you'll see the ramps that hold the pedal arms. Use a wrench to remove the bolts that hold the ramps in place.
4. Next, remove the pedals by loosening the bolts that hold them onto the pedal arms. Once the bolts are removed, the pedals should slide right off.
5. Finally, remove the console and the handlebars by loosening the bolts that hold them onto the upright post.
And that's it! You've successfully disassembled your Sole E25 Elliptical. When you're ready to put the machine back together, just reverse these steps. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!
One last tip: make sure to keep all of the screws and bolts in a safe place so that you don't lose them. Trust me, you don't want to be stuck searching for a missing bolt when you're trying to put the machine back together. Happy disassembling!

Sole e95 level suddenly backwards. 20 is easy 1 is hard.

Watch this video if your resistance is backwards or stuck. This is a common problem and is caused by the linkage cable slipping off and ending up on the top of the flywheel instead of being on the bottom.
