Go to babytrend.com and you clilck on jogger strollers and they have instruction manuals there. My model was too old (9157 made in 2004) but they have similar models now and I just read that instruction sheet and it helped. You can get customer service's number on there as well. Also, mine was stuck but just needed WD-40 to loosen up (be sure to click unlock button in on right hand side and hold it in while pressing both trigger release buttons on the handles).
