My friend, I don't know what a full stamp is ... I don't know what state you are from or even what country you live in, and please dont say. Please don't post any more personal data here on this web site. What you are doing is very dangerous for you.

I am sure if you call the agency from which you retired, they will give you full particulars on your retirement plan and the best way for you and your husbant to file. Better yet, he is not retired yet, there must be at least a personal liaison where he works. He should go to that office or person and get the information he and you require.

If I had to guess to the answer ... based on where I live ... and my scant knowledge of the subject ... you each earned you retirement, you should each get full benefit of what you earned.

Please go to your personnel office and get this info. No more personal data on this website - Deal?

Thanks for your interest in FixYa.com

SOURCE: question on centrelink payments

If the flatmate is contributing to the upkeep and expenses that is not an income that benefits you thru surplus. In my opinion it is not an income and therefore should not affect your pension.

Are pensioner covered in Victoria or do they have to pay

In Victoria, Australia, pensioners are covered by the state's public healthcare system, known as Medicare. This means that they are entitled to receive most healthcare services, including hospital and medical services, without having to pay out-of-pocket costs.
However, there are some exceptions to this coverage. For example, pensioners may still have to pay for certain services, such as dental care and optical services, if they are not deemed medically necessary. Additionally, pensioners may have to pay a co-payment or gap fee for some services, depending on their circumstances and the type of service they receive.
Overall, while pensioners in Victoria are generally entitled to receive most healthcare services without having to pay out-of-pocket costs, there may be some exceptions and additional costs depending on the type of service they receive.

Is veterans pension the same as being 100% disabled veteran service connected

No. Veterans a pension is based on rank and years of service.
Disability is calculated based on % of disability and would be in addition to any eligible pension. A veteran can receive disability payments and veterans health benefits without receiving a Pension (of course visa-versa).

Is Centrelink entitled to butcher my daughters pension she received today because she received a long service leave payout when she voluntary left her job in November when I came home from hospital?

First call is to Centrelink to explain your situation. Your daughter may be eligible for the carers pension or an added allowance. I don't know your personnel circumstances (housing, assets etc) or your daughters wage but she may get money back at tax time if she has left work now. Secondly if you still are having difficulties then make an appointment to visit your local councilman / alderman and ask for intervention. You may get lucky. All information given is only my opinion and should not be taken as professional advice. Cheers Bob

Michelle Obama's mother getting 160K pension for life?

There is no provision in any law that I am aware of which would provide any pension payments to relatives of the President of the United States. Only the President is eligible for a pension, as are members of Congress, and Justices of the Supreme Court.

Can members of congress retire on full pay after serving one term?

U.S. Federal law prevents any member of Congress from receiving a starting retirement annuity of more than 80% of his or her final salary. That alone makes clear that no member of Congress is able to collect 100% of their salary if they do not serve more than one termregardless of whythey did not serve more than one term. A retired member of Congress can never collect more than 80% of their final salary prior to retiring -- ever.
