I would suggest to test all the voltages in the power supply, If all the voltages test OK then It's more likely that the main board is causing the LED not to be responsive.

You would need to call the station. Also the signal is digital and older TV's can't read that.

Different model number in the link below but I would assume they're the same fault.

(D_POW. Digital 3.3V failure. Power failure details (Flashes slowly twice and flashes fast 3 times. > DET_D3V3(36pin) failure (L). Digital 3.3V is not applied. If error is detected during start-up or operation, the power is turned on again by polling.)

Since most units do not have the same diagnosis,remove both cover panels and read diagnostics on the inside of the lower door.If it says flame sensor, clean it, with a dollar bill. Also, sometimes units will lockout. Shut power off for 10 or 15 minutes, and restart it. Good luck. If I had your phone number, we could do it a lot easier.
