Hi all. How to use bin files to clear Imaging Unit related code on Konica Minolta CF2002?

It's been a while since you posted that but you may just need to slide it back out and shake it back and forth (long ways) a few times. We had the same problem and the konica minolta tech told us to do that. It worked. DO NOT turn it upside down though.

On the end of the image unit you will find a white bit of plastic with a small screw in the middle, make sure this screw is tight and then reinstall the units(give the units a bit of a shake too)

I had the same problem. Check out page 3-308 of this document.
Take off the side cover and re-engage the gear. Should solve the problem.

go to tech rep mode> turn off the copier and while pressing the utility button turn on the copier and hold keep on pressing till 6 second. the menu will appear and choose to reset the life of the consumable supplies.
