3 years ago, I replaced the drain pump which was damaged by a bra underwire. It has been working great until now. I ran a diagnostic test. It got stuck at 05 which is the heating check. I hit prewash to move on to 06. This checks the drain pump. It was running but didn't drain. I forwarded to 07. This spun the drum in reverse. When it moved onto 08, it did nothing. This is a high speed spin that also checks the motor & CIM control. When I try to drain & spin, it sounds like it is either trying to spin or drain but nothing happens. There was a large plug of lint in the rubber hose leading to the drain pump which I cleared last night. I thought this was the issue but no luck. I did not remove the rubber hose at the base of the drum, just at the drain pump.

SOURCE: F02 & SUDS error + no spin
The "F02" error code is a slow drain error. If you have confirmed your dry lines are clear, you may have a drain pump that is either clogged, or is not working properly. The following link explains:

It doesn't take much to damage the drain pump on these washers. If something is lodged in the pump for extended periods it could potentially damage the pump impeller or pump motor. The pump may SOUND like it is working, but it may not be pumping. If a good cleaning doesn't work, you may have to replace the drain pump. Replacements are available at searspartsdirect.com.
The "SUDS" error may be caused by a drain pump this is not working properly as well. If the pump gets air inside, it will begin to cavitate and can cause the "SUD" error to appear. Just to be sure, you can refer to this link as well:

If your washer is not draining properly, it will not spin, either. I think your spin problem may be directly associated to a drainage issue. Begin with a an inspection and cleaning (if required) of the drain pump. I suspect this may be the cause of all your symptoms.
I hope you find this information helpful. Please post back with any questions or comments you may have.

Could be a pressure switch problem. If the switch doesn't know it's empty, it will keep trying to pump. Remove top and locate switch. There's a small hose going to it. Remove the switch and blow in it see if you hear a "click". Also blow through the hose and you should hear bubbles or clear air into the tub. Put switch back on and try again. If no sucess, repl. pressure switch.

Check for 120 volts to the pump motor while in drain mode, if the pump does not run, or just hums, replace the pump motor. Some LG's have both a recirculating and drain motor on the pump casing, so be sure to replace the correct motor.

i dont know but if you find out will you share it?
he F02 message is a long drain error and it may mean the pump is clogged or bad. You don't provide a lot of detail about if the water is draining out or not but the first thing to check for this error is the drain pump.
The image below shows how to access the pump and remove the filter. This may be your only problem. With the access panel removed you can also make sure the pump is running. Remember to unplug the washer before removing the access panel.
Check the pump for the F02 and make sure you're using HE detergent and there's not excessive suds.
