Question about Miele Washing Machines
I have a Miele touchtronic w1113 washer. It was being stored for several months and I think there may still have been some water in the unit. I recently connected the washer and tried running it, however it makes a noise and the drum does not spin. I tried to turn the drum by hand inside which did not work. Then I took the panels off and tried to spin the drum from behind by hand which did not work either. I think it may be froze up due to water left in the unit. Do I need to remove the drum? If so, how do I do so?
The unit has a brake you cannot spin the drum in that way, with the back off there should be a lever with a cable on it pull the lever back and get someone to try the bowl then
