do not bypass it. the only wires on it that are of concern are the 2 purple wires. If you wire them together it will start without the clutch pedal depressed but that can be very dangerous.

looks like you have a 240v model, if you have 4 wires you should have 2 colors and a white and green, you will need all 4 and looks like it is a 24 amp unit you will need a 2 pole 30a breaker for your panel, you will need to put the 2 colored wires on the breaker and the white wire to the neutral bar @ the back of the panel and the green wire to the ground bar, also @ the back of the panel, best if you have no knowledge of electrical you might want to get a qualified electrician in to install for you, as electricity is very dangerous.

May I suggest that you look at the same motors on the other seat to identify the correct locations. Look at all of your seat motors and you should see a pattern of which wire goes where.
You can also test the working motor wiring, then test your wires before installing by pushing on the switch and testing for UP or Down, or Ground. I would suspect 2 of the 3 have something in common (two-toned),and the other is the ground wire.
Also, the wiring usually is formed somewhat to the position it was originally mounted in.
