No need to remove the door if you can remove the inner panel to have access to guts for measurement.

Check your nuts that hold the "guts" into the center of the bike rear wheel.
Sometimes when they are too tight it causes the problem you are talking about.
Remove the rear wheel assembly
Once you have the rear wheel assembly removed from the bike, hold the axle and rotate the wheel, it should spin easy, if it spins rough or not at all, then loosen the nuts.
The nuts are after you remove the axle nuts.

If the socks has caught into the system then the SPINNING SPEED would have dropped.
So please check if the motor/ motor drive is free if not the assembly can be taken out and checked.

If it spins wihout spinning the rear wheel there is something not catching (chain, internal mechanism of the rear hub maybe). You need to LOOK at it and determine if the rear cog is indeed spinning with the chain or not. If it is spinning without the wheel the pawls or guts are not engaging. Take it to a Bike Shop and have them assess it.

Ok, so with the machine dissassembled we focus on the pump, down in front, and remove the two clips holding it on to the motor. Then pull off the pump, unclip the wiring harness from the motor and the two wires from the capacitor (if present). Then remove the two motor clips (top and bottom) to remove the motor. The motor, by the way, is double-shafted, "double-shafted" means it has two shafts). The coupler is the three-part piece you see between the motor and the transmission (the other side of the motor). Your old coupler probably looks something like this, or even worse. Here's what a new coupler looks like.

When you're all done and you have the guts all tucked back in place, replacing the cabinet is just as easy...if you know the trick. And remember to reconnect the lid switch harness or you'll be scratching your head wondering why the washer won't spin

no there is no way to gut it or bypass it,you gotta fix it,,,just get a used a/c compressor to put on there,much cheaper,,

if the motor starts when you spin it find the capictor and replace it
