Try to download the update1. Its a patch for people who have upgraded from Vista to 7. Don't know if that is your case but you can still try it either way. If it doesn't work, you may have to go through the process of unplugging your printer and deleted it from your hardware list and then try reinstalling the printer again.
-Try to turn off and turn on your printer
-check your connection

The paper jammed on fixing unit area. Probably the pressure roller is worn-out causing the paper to stick on it rather than sliding the paper out. Remove the fixing unit so that you can remove the paper. Removing the fixing unit needs a lot of skills, I recommend you call the nearest service center for assistance.
remove all of the printer job from the print queue.

I can only say that the preamble is with the ink cartridge. Just happens that red is one of the first to get clogged. Happened to me on the 95 ink cartridge.
If you are getting "Paper Jam check drawer two message" I would suggest you to check for any paper stuck inside the paper drawer two. If you don't see any paper jammed inside drawer two, you might also want to check out if its is stuck anywhere in the paper path. Removing the paper jam should fix the issue. Try cleaning the pick rollers (the rollers which pick the paper) in drawer two. This should help fixing this issue.
