You set the date and time from the Fitbit App or Fitbit Connect when you setup or sync the fitness band with the computer/tablet. Open the Fitbit Dashboard and then tap (or click) the Account icon. Enter the Advanced Settings menu and check the Time Zone section. If needed, turn off the Automatic option and manually set the current time zone. The Alta will display the date and time based on the time on your computer/tablet when you synced the devices. The time on your tracker's display may be incorrect due to the timezone being set incorrectly on your profile, or settings not being synced to your tracker. The time displayed on your tracker is configured using the Fitbit.com website.
