68.2 permanent storage write fail
Hw to remove google account fo a hisense u601 pro without a pc
Most likely it’s a sticky tray two pick up solenoid that causes blank prints. To confirm this, put paper in the tray one manual tray and see if it prints well, if so, it’s the solenoid that controls tray two.
The transfer roller is damaged. Contact HP for a replacement

Hello,
It appears that there is a problem with either the internal hardrive if you have this option installed, or the removeable Jet direct card if you have one installed, thirdly, it could be bad memory or the main board.
Go to HP's website and perform a firmware upgrade for your model if there is one.
I would first remove any add on option like networkcard, memory .... then turn the machine back on and see if the error goes away. You can also go through the menu and perform a fatory reset, this however in the process loose your IP address.
Onece you have aliminated the options I would move onto the main board or FIRMWARE

Hi kgrema! I will be glad to assist you in this issue,
Usually all you have to do is initialize hard disk even if you do not have one. Just turn off the printer. Turn the printer back on and when the memory starts to count hold down the menu key until all three lights come on. When all three lights are on solid release the menu button and press the arrow back button and initialize disk should appear in the menu. Just hit the check mark button again and it should take care of the problem.
Here is the link just incase it does not solve the issue.

This sounds like a software problem...
Try using the PCL5e driver instead.

2 reasons:
1. Was there a paper jam prior to this problem? It could be that the paper was pulled out and a small bit of it is stuck on the pins that guide the paper from the heat roller. If no torn jammed paper prior to this issue, then check out 2.
2. the heater/roller is damaged and needs to be replaced. I would suggest you take it to your nearest HP dealer to properly diagnose this for you. This would save you unnecessary cost in trying to pull it apart and causing more damage to it.
Good Luck,
