I have a Konica Minolta C 3850 Copier. 2 people out of 10 get their print jobs cancelled by the copier. So everyone else's jobs get printed except 2 people.

How to reset an F34, F35, or F36 code.
Solution:
To clear the code, perform the following:
1. Turn the machine OFF.
2. Enter the 25 mode, (turn the machine ON, while pressing the 2 and 5 keys).
3. Select 1: Software Switch Setting.
4. Use the arrows on the LCD to select dipswitch 3-1.
5. Touch the OFF key on the LCD to change the data to 0.
6. Press RETURN.
7. Power the machine OFF/ON to exit the 25 mode.
PLEASE. NOTE;
THIS IS ONLY TO RESET THIS CODE ,IF IT CAN;T BE CLEARED THAN YOU NEED TO Replace the temperature sensor assembly

Select Print, and then "Properties"

Layout Tab - select Print Type: Booklet

Basic Tab - Select original size and then size of PAPER to be printed. 11x17 is standard 8.5x11 book when folded.

Finish Tab - select saddle stitch.

Thats it, easy as pie.

Sir,

Fuser Code (Hot Unit has over heated) To reset you will need to go to 25 Mode to enter his mode you must turn off the machine then holding down the 2 and 5 button turn on the machine, hold them 25 down for at least 30 second once in 25 mode select SW (soft Switch) select "3" then "2" it should be a "1" change to a "0" then exit and turn off the machine and turn "ON".

Are you using the same software program when you print? If so, go into the software, printing options. Often, there are printing options that you can set up just by clicking a little box that will turn off the cover page feature.

How to set Konica Minolta copier online.

What model? Can you ping it? Does it show up in the control panel as available. have you reloaded the print drivers have you power off the machine then powered on. have you cleared all print jobs in the print que. Those it copy ok? Ethernet cable ok or using old serial? Can you print from a different computer. have loaded the IP address as static most copiers do not like DHPC where the server decide the IP address. Always use Static you tell the copier what IP address to use.

Sent over very large print job to Konica 601. It got stuck in job list. We can't delete because it is our billing and we can't resend as one file, just as 375 small ones. HELP

Cant delete the print job? Billing is still in the computer? Print job mite be bigger than the copiers print controller can handle

KONICA MINOLTA bizhub 601 problems

Does the machine work ok as a copier? Not as a Printer but a copier? if so then check you printer properties and insure that the paper is correct portrait or landscape, thickness correct draw check a different computer.

Hi can a Matching paper size is not available cause a printer konica bizhub c350 to be offline?

If your copier is connected to your network and you get this error, the answer is no. If you are getting the miss match error then the print job could be stuck in the que. This would cause it not to print. If you dont know how to clear the print job, restart your computer and try to print again using the correct paper size.

Minolta Fax 3900 problem at work

I have a Minolta Fax 3900 and it at times while trying to send a fax will say *tx cancel* and only send 2 pages of a fax. It appears like it does send the fax but it might not be the complete fax. I can't cancel the fax or stop it either. Does anyone know how to fix this problem.

does the copier work as a copier? have you turn off/on the machine what print jobs are in the print q delete them check control panel properties of the printer. ok? di copier firmware may have courpted
