Front load washer spins and rinses but won't wash!

The pump could either be broken or clogged for your washing machine.Or the drain hose is broken or clogged or the switch assembly is not working anymore. A person that fixes washing machines would need to take a look and see what the problem is.

Samsung front load washer, jerks and makes noise when it first starts spinningthen it smooths out, and works fine.

on many machines that is normal, the shaking continues until the load is distributed relative evenly around the spinning drum. It is also possible it is the main bearing but I am not sure. The noise I am talking about would have been there since new. These links may help. Washer has noise during spin cycle Whirlpool Maytag Sears GHW9100LW1 Washer is Making Loud Noise

The wash cycle take a very long time. It repeats cycles. It's balanced, cleaned and the drain pipe is set correctly.

Verify the door switches are activating correctly. If it senses the cycles are interrupted, they could be repeating. See if you have any codes. Check your codes in the manual. Your manual will also instruct you how to check for codes. It is very simple.
