Take it to the dealer for diagnosis. If no dealer in your area consult Pyramid Air for a solution. This is not a thing that can be repaired by the consumer.
Rifle presumably was in a hard case so unlikely suffered any damage from such a short drop. A 3 foot drop is a short drop for a half-decent rifle with no case. I am guessing the problem is likely damage to the sight and it will probably need an experienced eye...

mounts are probably too high.....had the same prob on a .22 rifle with high mounts for open site shooting also. i bought a lower mount and zeroed it in with no prob

try Googling "E18" and read about this error signal and the many possible fixes. In your case sometimes gentle (really gentle) inward pressure on the lens tube while turning camera on (or off) will get it going again. Best wishes

How old is the vehicle? These Peg Perego vehicles have a small motor behind each rear wheel that can wear down over time and draw more power. This overheats, squeals, and/or trips the breaker. If you're sure the battery is good and there's no corrosion or water damage on the wires, I'd look into getting a pair of new motors. Light Electric Vehicle Technologies might carry them, as well as "The Super Kids" or other places.

My Z1 has the same problem from time to time. The mirror in VF latches. I solve it by shaking or even hitting the camera strongly by hand (of course the housing - not a lens!). Always works. Really.
I must say that I wouldn't do the same with any current model.
