Hello, Lindsey -

To add to the advice from Andrew Taylor, I find that the NOMA brand name is owned by the Canadian Tire Corp., to be sold in the Canadian Tire stores.

See this website:
https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/noma-lighting-heating-cooling.html
Among other things, near the top of that web page you will find a link to the Canadian Tire weekly flyer and catalogue.

You may wish to contact Canadian Tire Corp. directly and ask your questions. This is the link to the Canadian Tire Corp. Customer Service contact information:
https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/customer-service.html?adlocation=LOL_CustomerService_SiteFooter_en

In the right side bar on that page you should see the toll free telephone numbers (English and French) for the company Customer Relations Dept. One of the Customer Relations Representatives should be able to provide you with answers.

Since the NOMA products are manufactured in China, you may not be able to purchase the particular replacement parts you need. In that case, you may be able to find the same model of artificial Christmas tree which you have, being sold second hand, which you can purchase to cannibalize for parts.

Best wishes.

SOURCE: artificial Christmas tree comes in 3 parts A B C

You can probably find instructions online, depending on the maker. What kind/brand of tree is it? Do each of the power cords plug into the next one down, or is there a large multi-tap outlet somewhere (either halfway up the tree or at the base)?

How do I light my 7.5 feet Ever Star tree please?

Question edited for clarity.
Question moved from Cars and Trucks to a better category.

Usually, there is a particular way to join them up. Try plugging the top in direct to the mains. If it doesn't work, you can check all the bulbs for tightness is they are traditional filament bulbs. If they are LED bulbs, just put it back in the box and take it back for a new one.

We purchased a 6' Artificial Holiday Fiber Optic Snowflake Light Christmas Tree with the understanding that the light functions have 8 settings. How do you change the setting?

Not enough information, but usually the setting is changed by keeping the "ON" button down for a few seconds. This usually cycles through the various settings. Sorry, can't really help much without more details.

6FT. WHEN PLANTED NOW HUGE! SHORT NEEDLE IT WAS PLANTED WHEN I WAS 10 YEARS OLD IT WAS OUR CHRISTMAS TREE IN 1960.

Many pine tree species are fast growers.

Moving a large tree like that is very, very expensive because a crane and large truck are required. It can also be easily damaged. It is much easier to use an artificial one which is light and can be stored and re-used.

Write to the mayor in the cities you think might be interested and the Mayor's office will pass it to the appropriate member of staff to consider and reply. They are typically short of money and you will be very unlikely to get a positive reply.

Call Everstar customer service 1800 833-3390 They do NOT have a website. I think because they are a bunch of retired christmas elves without internet service.
