Hello, Lindsey -
To add to the advice from Andrew Taylor, I find that the NOMA brand name is owned by the Canadian Tire Corp., to be sold in the Canadian Tire stores.
See this website:
https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/noma-lighting-heating-cooling.html
Among other things, near the top of that web page you will find a link to the Canadian Tire weekly flyer and catalogue.
You may wish to contact Canadian Tire Corp. directly and ask your questions. This is the link to the Canadian Tire Corp. Customer Service contact information:
https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/customer-service.html?adlocation=LOL_CustomerService_SiteFooter_en
In the right side bar on that page you should see the toll free telephone numbers (English and French) for the company Customer Relations Dept. One of the Customer Relations Representatives should be able to provide you with answers.
Since the NOMA products are manufactured in China, you may not be able to purchase the particular replacement parts you need. In that case, you may be able to find the same model of artificial Christmas tree which you have, being sold second hand, which you can purchase to cannibalize for parts.
Best wishes.

You can probably find instructions online, depending on the maker. What kind/brand of tree is it? Do each of the power cords plug into the next one down, or is there a large multi-tap outlet somewhere (either halfway up the tree or at the base)?
There are so many shapes, styles and sizes to choose from;
this may require some extra shopping around on your part. I am more than happy to send you a few links
to get your search started.
