I have a vizio tv and he turn on but later the tv turn off vs420lf1a model number. Serial #LSPDWAKo205169 . I would like to know what part it's not working good

As I type this, I am using my Vizio 50" plasma. All you need to do is ditch your current monitor you use for your internet service and use the same cord from the monitor to plug it into your RBG port on the back of your tv.
Next for sound there is a 1/4 jack next to the RGB port on your tv. Connect your tv to your audio out on your computer. (headphones or aud out)
Select RGB on your tv, and your good to go. I bought a wireless keyboard and mouse for my computer which makes it more convenient.

Pray that set is still under warranty - one year. If you used a major credit card you get an extra year. Otherwise any repair will be at your expense.

Make note of the exact symptoms and check google for them - you will come across blogs telling you what boards may be responsible for the problem and that is what has to be replaced.

Often you can buy replacement boards on ebay for a good price.
