SOURCE: Now do you remove agitator from washer drum?
There are 4 holes at the base of the agitator. Use a screwdriver to push in at each hole in order to pop the plastic grove that holds it in place. The agitator cap will then pull off to reveal 6 3/8" bolts. Remove these with a socket set and the entire agitator can be lifted to free the garment. To reassemble, position the agitator holes over the holes in the base, reinsert and tighten the bolts, snap the cap back on, and your are ready to go.

Here is a link to a site with a ton of replacement parts for amstan toilets.
Without model numbers etc. its hard to know exactly what parts you need but you should be able to look at the pictures on the site and order the right parts...

SOURCE: very hard to push, the automatic height adjustment
I'm growing tired of telling everyone what a piece of **** this vacuum is, I think you'll be the last! There is a design flaw that forces the wheels down according to how low you are holding the handle. Even when holding it at a normal operating height it is too low by design, causing difficult operation and finally multiple belt breaks! see my other posts about how to fix this, although it may not be worth your time!
SOURCE: Cannot raise vertical height after pushing button on back of monitor (button stuck in)
With the monitor in the lowest position, push down slightly on the monitor and push the button in. While holding the button in you should be able to raise the monitor with your other hand. This worked on the one I have.
