I have just bought a brand new miele washing machine the first time of use when the spinning starts jouring the cycle it goes crazy jumping everywhere ?.

One of the springs has probably come off,take off the top and check all the spring attachments.

It sounds like the transit bolts or some of the packing is still in place. Running the machine with these in place can do serious damage.

ZWF1432W Zanussi Washing Machine

has the transit brackets been removed, these are bolts that secure the drum while its being moved, failing that this could be a call out under guarantee, the bolts and location of where they are etc are in the instruction leaflet and differ from machine to machine etc
