Thank you. I've been flushing it with eye flush and he hates it but it has been working.

Eyes are serious and tricky.
You could VERY GENTLY bathe the eye with plain clean warm water. Wiping gently downwards gently making the eyelid close. Then all you can do is leave it up to the cat to apply its own saliva to the injured eye. They do have a form of antisceptic in their salivary glands.
Just keep a close watch and GENTLY wipe away any pus that forms or if the eye sticks shut, with warm water and a cotton ball.
I am sorry you can't take your cat to the Vet, times are hard right now.
I wish you all the best of luck and hugs to you and your cat.
:-)

SOURCE: What to do about fleas on baby kittens 8 weeks old.

Advantage helps prevent fleas from scavenging around on your beloved furball. Scout isn't supposed to lick Advantage. If he licks, it he may become very ill. Ask your veterinarian to show you where and how to apply Advantage to minimize the risks.

Bugs; First thing would be to try some Frontline II on them, it that doesn't work, you can take them to the vet to find out exactly what they are, but it sounds like fleas.

My cat is 2 years old, she had a litter of 4 kittens they all do have new homes they are 7 weeks old. Sokkies is still very swolen and hard all around her nipples what should i do?

If they swells and becomes red and painful take her to the vet to check for Mastitis which is a bacterial infection in the milk ducts of female cats and can get very sick and die.

Also make sure cats are with mother for 10 weeks to properly learn things.

Also please spay your cat, approximately 7.6 million companion animals enter animal shelters nationwide every year and millions of cats are euthanized.

You may find that they are sand mites and are not effected by the chemicals found in that particular product. Perhaps a change of product might deliver a different result.
