If you have to ask these questions then you should leave it alone. The high voltages produced by this board are LETHAL ;)

SOURCE: how to operate a 24V dc 3 amp load from 24V dc 100

If you have a 24 V 100 amp source you can just plug in your 24 V 3 amp load and it will work. If the load was higher, near equal, or equal to the supply available that would be a problem but having a more amps available than are going to be needed is not a problem. The voltage available and drawn do need to be the same and in this case they are both 24V so you can work away.

SOURCE: How can I operate my

1) You need to look at the output current rating (AMP) of this AC to 24dc adapter, this 24vdc adapter is a regulated switching power supply that will maintain 24vdc output up the maximum current rating and also has shutdown circuits if the over current draw is detect and also if the output voltage goes up beyond 24vdc to protect the load (TV).

2) To use 12vdc to 24vdc DC-DC booster, it should have the following spec:

A) The output current rating should be at least 20% higher than the load requires to give its head room.
B) It must have regulated output that will maintain the 24vdc when the input (12vdc) will vary from 10vdc ~16vdc or higher since your batteries will not maintain exact 12vdc all the time.
C) It must have good protection circuits that will protect it self from reverse polarity connections, shorted output protection, over voltage output protection.
D) It should provide AC ripple spec on the 24vdc output, it should be in the milli-volt range (you will always get AC ripple riding on top of DC when you rectify the AC into DC).

These are the minimum requirement for your DC to DC booster, which you need to protect your TV and your motor home from burning down.
I hope I explain it OK to you.

0025 error code

this is a common problem on this models
the motor is not turning
steps
first take out the dev unit and see if it has toner in it if the dev unit is full then check the sub hopper unit and if any one of these are empty then that motor is bad also verify if you are getting 24v at the motors that are driving the toner into the dev unit 2 motors located behind the primary charge unit cover
if 24v is missing then replace the pico fuse on the dc controller or replace the dc controller
if 24v is present then replace the motor

Gemini home security system needing disabled

yes the system has to be powered by something most times there is a security panel that all the wires run back to, their should be a transformer pluged into the wall somewhere or on the panel itself there should be a red and black wire that is hooked up to power in or 24v in, disconnect these wires or just take the fuse out if it has one. more than likely you will see the power supply. if not take a insulated srew driver and run it across the power contacts on the main board.

PCB Fault?

dc power from batteries is switched (inverted) by semi conductors. this involves switching on and off the dc supply buss to create an alternating voltage. if the devices are blown then as soon as the unit is connected to dc the dc shorts outs and blows the dc fuse, this could be your problem. unless you can get a good power electronics tech to fix this for a reasonable price you should recycle this and buy a new one. in some ups systems the dc from the batteries go via a dc up converter which increases the dc voltage to a level the inverter will run at. all this circuitry is difficult to work on and almost all of it is controlled by logic circuits and software.

one last word
batteries are always live and are very dangerous, remove all metal objects watches, rings etc before handling, wear eye protection and take account of all instructions supplied .
with batteries if in doubt the don't work with them.
