Digital picture frame

Have you installed the EasyShare software on the computer?
Does it work when inserting the SD card into the frame directly?
You must connect the frame with the cable before the frame will be able to find the computer.

Our picture frame quit showing pictures and periodically the Kodak banner pops up but nothing else

I also have this problem the frame won't move beyond the Settings menu. I have reset it and that does not do anything. I have hardly used the frame but it is now out of guarantee so I don't want to have to pay to repair it either.

HOW DO I DOWN LOAD PICTURES FROM EASY SHARE PORGRAM TO PICTURE FRAME?

There is no internal memory in your frame. You can transferre them via the SD card onto the frame. But unfortunantly not irectly onto the frame without a SD card.

Cannot play videos in Kodak SV811 photo frame

Finally solved this one. My Kodak Sv-811 Digital Frame would not play any videos UNTIL I decompressed them. .mov videos are compressed, usually with mpeg2 or mpeg4 or h.264 methods. In Quicktime Pro (or any video conversion able program) under video options, choose "photo-jpeg" or basically no compression. The file is 3 times as large but it will play!

Kodak easy share SV 811

I had the same problem. I use kodak easyshare software and load my pics on to that. Then put all the pics you want in the picture tray. Have your frame plugged into the computer with your usb cord. Then go up to File menu and drop down to "copy to". On my computer it is Folder "E" which is the drive the frame is connected to. Then pick from the Resize drop down menu " best for picture frame', then click copy. You will see the program loading all the pics to E drive. When done, unplug usb cord and you will see it loading on your pic frame. As easy as this is to do, I found it frustrating as well, but when it works, it is easy. Hope this helps

Kodak Easy Share M820

1 utf-8 0 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt; mso-para-margin:0in; mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:10.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-ansi-language:#0400; mso-fareast-language:#0400; mso-bidi-language:#0400;} I highly advise not to forcedly take it out of the frame as it may damage some parts of the frame.

Your frame will be repaired per warranty guidelines. A product is warranted for 1 year from the date-of-purchase. For an In-Warranty repair, a “Proof-of-Purchase” is required. If the repair center finds any customer induced damaged, the warranty will be voided and you will receive a notification from the repair center in such cases.
