Casio MRG 5163, trying to reset the time, and calibrate the mode dial.

Your CASIO has four push button and one for winding button. the first button has mark of LIGHT , the below button is MODE ,,upper right START/STOP,,, lower is LAP/RESET. the center button is what they called it a CROWN to set crown is just pull it and you can set the hour and minute. the LIGHT button is the set button also, just press it for 15 seconds if dial flashes, then go to MODE button and choose what going to set, the START/STOP -- LAP/RESET is the scroll button you going up and down the number or on /off ,some model of Casio Edifice, the set is in the MODE button just press it long and if flashes it ok. and follow procedure what i said before. setting cannot damage the watch. Assuming all Casio models have the same mode of operation, try this:-

Press the mode button until you see "HS" on the display (hand setting) and then use the 2 and 4 o'clock buttons to adjest the hands.

If this does not work and you do not have the manual for your watch,you can get
instructions from the Casio web site.

Go to the casio web site "casio.com".

Select "support" and the "manuals",
watches;

Accept terms

Select "watch manual archive"

Read the number of the back of your watch and enter it into the search box

The riseman can be reset but also needs to be calibrated. Your instruction manual will walk you through calibrating your altimeter.

Hold down mode (bottom left) for about 5 seconds and it should come good.

That's easy. You need to calibrate it. In normal time mode, pull the crown out all the way and then use the pushers to step it back to the zero position. When finished, push the crown back in. You can also calibrate the sub-dails in a similar fashion.
