Click the Menu, top left corner in youtube. Click Account that is on the left side of menu bar. Go to account settings and click on View or Change Account settings. Under Account Preference, click on Delete your account or service. Select the option if you want to delete google product or the google account. you will be asked the password to verify that you are the account owner. Delete your account
