Go to Preferences, then general, then Digitizer.
You need to recalibrate the digitizer.
It will ask you to tap in two opposite corners, then at a target in the center of the screen.
Should fix you right up

A stuck shutter is another common failure mode for digital cameras. The symptoms of a stuck or "sticky" shutter are very similar to CCD image sensor failure. The camera may take black pictures (for shutter stuck closed), or the pictures may be very bright and overexposed, especially when taken outdoors (for shutter stuck open).
To confirm a stuck shutter, put the camera in any mode other than "Auto", and turn the flash OFF (you don't want to blind yourself for the next step). Next look down the lens and take a picture. You should see a tiny flicker in the center of the lens as the shutter opens and closes. If no movement is seen, then you likely have a stuck shutter. If so, please see this link for further info and a simple fix that may help:

Is it coming up only on your bank website? Try entering the same on a Note pad or Word document. If the problem is there as well, try the step below.
The scroll lock on your keyboard might be enabled. You might find Scr Lock button near the Print Screen button. Disable it and try again.

Oh yes, I have had this happen before and it sucks.
This problem is usually just due to having Num lock on. Try pressing the num lock button on your keyboard and see if this makes a difference. In the smaller notebooks and netbooks they combine the numbers and letters onto the same keys using num lock to distinguish the mode.
I think on your model the num lock button will be towards the top right of the keyboard. You may also have to press the FN (function) button at the same time, but I am not sure.
Also there should be a small led that illuminates or goes dark to inform you when num lock/scroll lock/caps lock are enabled/disabled.
