What is the right temperature setting on a summit fridge

There is no default setting , the temperature is set by you , check the user manual on how to do this.

check too see if the temperature to your fridge is set to the right temperature. Maybe you have to get the fridge colder.

1 Measure the temperature of you refrigerator. To measure the temperature in a fridge without a thermostat, just place a normal thermometer in a glass of water and place it inside the fridge. The ideal temperature for a refrigerator is 40 degrees. Wait at least 24 hours in between each adjustment to allow the fridge time to achieve that temperature.

4 Prepare for changing seasons. Where you live can have a big influence on your fridge's temperatures. You may need to adjust the temperature lower in the summer and higher in the winter to maintain a constant 40 degrees. Those who live in moderate climates can worry less about weather effecting their refrigerator's temperature.

5 Check the air vents. If you're having trouble achieving the right temperature, even after numerous adjustments, make sure the vents on the inside of the fridge aren't covered. This can prevent air flow, making it impossible to cool the refrigerator

If the fan doesn't work the cold air won't go to the fridge.

The fridge should be just above freezing, maybe 2 or 3 degrees celsius. The freezer should be around -15 degrees celsius. The outside temp doesn't matter as far as the settings go.
