SOURCE: Raymarine st8002 wired to furuno
Seatronix1 is correct use NMEA for the connection. Set your waypoint in the furuno, hit auto on the 8002 then track track. The 8002 will ack with next waypoint at xxxx then hit track again.
SOURCE: I have a raymarine S1G
On the AR4502M the connections are as follows.
Red = 5V Supply
Black = Ground Supply
White = Signal 2.2 to 2.8V
With a multimeter/voltmeter you should be able to find which of the Red, Green & Blue Connections on your S1G give out the 5V Supply.
I'd try Meter +VE Lead to Red and -VE Lead to Green if the Meter reads +5V then the Blue must be the Signal. If not try Meter +VE Lead to Red and -VE Lead to Blue as I would expect the Red connection to be the 5V.
If you need any further help or clarifiation then just ask.
SOURCE: what is the connection path from Garmin 72 to raymarine c80, using NMEA 1083
I'm taking this as you want to send the gps information to your C80 not receive from the C80? If this is the case the brown wire on the garmin is the nmea data out +. The Black wire is considered nmea out neg (-) of the garmin. So hook the garmin brown to the white on the raymarine. Hook the black from the garmin to the green on the raymarine. That means you are outputting lat/long info to the raymarine from the garmin.
