You need to advance the hours (hour hand) 12 hours forward to have the date changed at 12 o'clock midnight.
A detailed description of this procedure is found in the manual of your watch. You can find the right manual with the module nr. on the back of your watch (4 digit number in a rectangle)
The manual for your watch can be downloaded via the link provided below:

SOURCE: date changes wrong time
thats because analog watches don't know the difference between AM/PM. First reset the time, moving the hour and minute hands another 12 hours will let you know exactly what mode its in (am/pm) first allowing you to set the date correctly.
SOURCE: I'm trying to reset the date on my Tissot Stylist
you need to reset time ,, pull crown out and set time (notice Date change) at 12 or after 12 that's actually Midnight, now count from there 1, O clock, 2 O clock , 3 o clock and go on to the desire time puch crown back to its normal position
hope this help

SOURCE: My watch keeps changing the
I haven't been able to find your watch on their web site but it sounds as though your watch is a mechanical (automatic?), if this is the case.....
The watch thinks it is midnight at midday, so wind the watch forward 12 hours.
Testimonial: "Thanks for the fix!!! It worked!!"
SOURCE: Hi, My watch is changing date at 12 noon instead
Your watch is 12 hours out of step. (The date changes every second revolution of the hour hand.)
Wind your watch forward 12 hours, (you may have to reset the date) and it will then change around midnight.
