You may be able to purchase a new remote for your lift bed from the manufacturer or from a retailer that specializes in bedding or bedroom furniture. You may also be able to find a replacement remote online from a website that sells home appliances and accessories.
To find a replacement remote, you may want to try contacting the manufacturer of your lift bed, Hubbell Special Products. They may be able to provide you with a new remote or direct you to a retailer that carries their products. You can also try searching online for retailers that sell lift bed accessories or contacting a local bedding or furniture store to see if they carry replacement remotes.
In addition to these options, you may be able to find a replacement remote on websites such as Amazon, eBay, or other online marketplaces. Just be sure to carefully read product descriptions and reviews to ensure that you are purchasing a compatible remote for your lift bed.
The backrest is attached to a bracket, and the barcket is attached to the chair by sliding the steel bracket into a channel guide located on the underside of the seat bottom. It's designed to slide in and out to allow it to be adjusted to fit your body's shape. The backrest itself is also adjustable up and down. When you have positioned the backrest both vertically and horizontally the way you like it, you tighten a large knob to hold the position If you are having troble sliding the bracket into the seatback or seat channel, try loosening the knob so that the thread is almost completely backed out. (If its screwed in slightly, ot will stick up and prevent the bracket from being inserted into the guide).
I would say if it did not leak before the tow that they definitely did something to it during the tow. They probably hooked a hook around the rear end and tore the brake line. If you have any more questions about this feel free to ask and I will do my best to answer them.
Remove the bolts that hold the bed box to the frame, disconnect the rear light wiring harness and the fuel filler pipe. Set up a pair of saw horses or something behind the truck. Then have four guys to lift on all four corners and set the bed on the stand you have ready. The bed is heavy! And there is the fuel pump! Replace with the new and take care to put the wiring harness for the fuel pump back where it was. Replace the bed, bolts and connect the lights. You are ready to go! Takes about two hours if you don't break the welds that hold the nuts for the bed bolts loose. Good luck!
Just take all the bolts out from under the bed that hold it to the frame( i think there are 6 or 8) and unhook the tailight plug and 2or3 guys to help lift it off.
Not to difficult what do you want to do to it repair a side panel or remove the bed completely? all you have to do is take out the center frame bolts out of the rails in the bed disconnect wiring harness at rear where lights plug in on drivers side and if you don't have a bed liner or camper shell then the only other thing is remove the bolts or screws from the fuel tank so the filler hoses stays with the bed. It can then be easily taken off the bed with two or three guys, or you can slide it off from the front to the back, or block it off with 4 1/4 oil barrels, make sure there is no brackets attached to the fender. Hope this is what you were looking for. Any questions let me know, you can buy side pannels if it has the side paller damaged if you have a drill and a welder.
