DEI sent out a recall on a batch of theit antennas for this sysetm that were remote starting the car by its self. If you call customer service they will send you a replacement antenna and this sould fix your problem.

The most likely causes would be an improper installation or a failure in the receiver unit. I'd be inclined to take it elsewhere to check the installation. Hopefully you still have the instructions & paperwork that came with it.
