Take the nobs off and spray the nob while the sft is pushed in with some deep penetrating oil do this on all and leave to soak, and then one by one try and turn them back and forth and spray a bit more. should loosen them up ( no gas on while doing this) brass fittings bond with dust and different changes in heat and cold. just needs them cleaning out. if you can have it standing with the controls up in the air this will help oil get though to all parts in the valve.
