How do I scanned and save documents on Konica Minolta bizhub c452 to external USB drive with the ADF? Scanned docs print out instead of saving. The menu to store scanned document is not displaying.

what u need to scan to emails is the email smtp ip address.
just put the ip smtp address in the network setting>smtp address
and try to ping from ur B250, if the result is OK, then u have the connection. go to Utility/Counter>user setting>one touch to register
the user address, then scan it, u should be getting the scanned file in ur inbox.

Please check the sensors and actuators ,open & close front door to reset nisfeed.Clarification Top feed = Automatic Document Feeder?If YES,please verify misfeed paper beetween coverplaten and feedbelt(Yellow).Is necessary disassembly the ADF.Good luck.You will find a little paper.
