Flavel WFA 100 W. Finished cycle & now “door” light is flashing. Switched it off & on again & “end” light is now on, but door won’t open. Tried to run another program to see if that would fix it but nothing happens?

That is normal with most dishwashers. Mine at home does that.

According to the manual, you have to:

1. Turn program selector to "off"
2. Turn selector to Drain or Spin
3. Press the start / pause

Wait until program ends.

Open door.

or

Press "start / pause" until the start / pause light flashes.

Has it emptied all water out ??

You will need to replace the probe. Here is the part to order.

hello - my door won't unlock at end of cycle on Samsung wf8804rp - its finished the cycle and the clothes just need taking out but the padlock is flashing and door won't open, I have tried turning it off for and hour and also doing a drain and spin but didn't work , many thanks

I just had this problem! To get the clothes out, open door manually (follow answers on other threads here about opening toe panel and gently pulling down on door release). But as it turned out, I didn't need to remove the clothes, and now my washer is working again.

A local repairman gave me this advice over the phone. Make sure dial is switched to off. Unplug your machine, then plug it back in. Hold down the rinse and delay buttons with one hand. With the other hand, switch the dial from off to cold or warm or whatever cycle you want. All the buttons flash a few times, then just the start button flashes. The second time I tried this, my washer worked afterwards. I've done several loads today with no problem.

It could be that it was opened before it had finished its last cycle. When you switch it on again, it wants to finish. You could either leave it on until the drying light goes off, or force it to finish the cycle. I'm not familiar with that model, but on mine I have a Stop option on the dial. On the machine I had before, I had to press two buttons together to force the end of cycle. Worth a try. Good luck.

If there is power and lights are showing, but the door will still not open, then it could be one of several things.
First and foremost the door lock could be faulty, or the door handle or latch mechanism could be faulty or broken, if the door lock is not getting power then it is probably the main cotrol unit at fault.
I feel you should get someone to look at it for you.

michele99, So when you put it on drain, do you here the machine trying to drain the water? After it finishes draining, (you have to wait a few minutes, it should then have a blinking light
on the Finished/Door locked light.
Are you waiting for it to finish?

turn the machine off at the mains, after two minutes the door should release from the auto lock, but your pcb (printed circuit board) is knackered start saving.
