I have a konica minolta c552 and it keeps throwing a code of c2552. Is there any way to fix this without having to buy a new cyan image unit

1 Reinstall developing unit.
2 Reinstall toner cartridge.
3 Check the connector between developing unit-FREYB CN4, CN6, CN8, CN10 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
4 Check the connector between FREYB CN1, CN2-PRCB CN4, CN5 for proper connection and correct as necessary. 5 Change developing unit.
6 Change FREYB.
7 PRCB ICP12 conduction check.
8 Change PRCB.

C2552 generally shows Cyan Developing poor toner ratio...

Have you changed the fusing unit? If try that first, then relace the IH Power supply or the (coil unit) is what the fuser attaches to when you install one. power supply is located right side under the control panel, .

It is a problem with your cyan image unit, see if you have put it ok other way you should change it your cyan developer is dead. change image unit, cyan

Cyan Image Unit (Blue) Pull out cyan image unit not the cyan toner, Shake the image unit along the axis of the unit we want developer and toner spread evenly along the entire image unit. Then re-install. Reset code by closing and opening image unit door, not toner door. Worse case replace the image unit you do get bad ones.

1.Is this a new unit?
2. Is it OEM or third party?
3. Is it new?
4. Did you chip it?

Hi, C-2552 on the bizhub C250 means the sensor that measures the Cyan toner level has detected it as abnormally high.
It's likely to be the Cyan Imaging Unit has failed. But try this first..
Remove the Cyan Imaging Unit, give it a gentle tilt (45 degrees or so). Tilt it backwards and forwards a few times, then refit.
Hopefully the code will be gone.
If not, it sounds like the Cyan Imaging Unit is faulty.
