these copters have special factory settings compatible with the controllers that came with it when purchased, in using a generic controller, it must be compatible with the frequency and range capacity as the original controller. If generic controllers are not compatible, a good electronics technicians can be of help to tinker around your controller to fond the proper adjustment/settings.

I just unboxed a skyrover helicopter and charged it for 2 hrs the light went off I put brand new batteries into the controler switched on the helicopter it started blinking
switched on thcontroler it blinked them turned red and it does nothing. Any thoughts?
