this is all i could find out,
if you do try this do so at your own risk.
Try starting it up in "Safe Mode" and see if it will go past the logo. If it loads (although you won't be able to do much as it is a restricted mode) you then know that something is on the device that needs to be removed. Bad app, virus, malware, etc.
To get into "Safe Mode" please do the following.

1. First turn off the phone.

2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button.

3. "Quickly" press "Volume Down" and hold it for few seconds until you see the message "Safe mode: ON" or something similar.

4. If you wanted disable it, simply repeat the steps above, and you should see "Safe Mode: OFF" rather than on.

Your first step will be backup your important files. Don't write anything to your disk, before you do that. Every file is not deleted, it has just replace first letter with special sign (mark for deleted). If you don't write to disk, special programs can recover it (You need undelete tool program). To backup your important files, you can use live-linux DVD (Mint-linux is good). Write iso image from Mint web page with burning software to DVD, put into DVD and start computer. After that you can put memory stick and backup files from disk to stick. After that you can try to recover Windows (press F8 button when computer start, and going to "Safe mode with networking") You can go to ESET (Nod32) and download off-line tools for viruses cleaning. If you are sure that you have not viruses, you can try to recover Windows. When you are press F8, you have solution for choose previous state of Windows. Be careful, it is last step, and it will change Windows to before state. Windows will be like in the time when you install first time. If this is not good enough, you can only reinstall Windows. From Mint DVD, you can install Mint linux like backup multiboot solution. It will not have viruses problem. I suggest Mint, because I have Musical studio on that OS, and it look like Windows (It is based on Ubuntu linux). Good luck! If you need more information, just ask... I write lot of possibility because your short question.

When you start your computer, press F8 button few times every 1 second. You need on black screen option to go into 'Safe mode with networking'. It will start windows in protected mode. Go to browser and Internet (you must have configured network card with gateway to Internet).

Some viruses are so hard to clean. One of option is to use live CD linux (boot from CD linux Mint, burn iso from Mint page). Start sharing of partition with Samba sharing (in Mint Control Panel). You must create network too. With another clean computer, you can scan this partitions with antivirus. In that sharing Windows (and virus) are not live, and it can be scanned, and cleaned.

But this will not solve all modification on Windows from viruses action.

Sometimes is only option formating of partitions and reinstalling of windows. This is last options...

You can try press F8 key when computer start (few times in interval of one second) and going to Windows Safe mode with networking. Going to ESET (NOD32) online scanner with browser: http://www.eset.com/home/products/online-scanner/ and install it, and try to scan your computer. If viruses are well known, you can be lucky.
Another way is start computer with live-CD linux (Mint), and share disk partitions (samba option in control panel). Connect computer with another computer with network cable, and scan with its antivirus software.
AVG is good antivirus software and it is free for home use. Avira is another free, but it has not mail scanning.
Sometimes damage from virus on operation system is very hard to solve. It is best to save data (you can use live linux to do that too), and reinstall OS. Sometimes, after cleaning, just update of windows can help. Because of that kind of problem, I use linux Mint (it is safe, virus free, and easy for install).

The phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation.
