It cuts part of what it is supposed to. Also, not where I placed it on the software image.
SOURCE: cricut wont cut
My wife's Cricut recently developed the same problem. I work on computers and mechanical stuff, and figured it couldn't hurt to open the machine for a look. What was happening was that the solenoid (like an electromagnet) that pulls the blade down into the paper has stopped working. I don't know if the solenoid itself has gone bad, or if one of the two wires leading to it has fatigued and broken. Whatever the case, my wife called ProvoCraft, and the rep told her it wasn't repairable and she'd have to buy a new one. Personally, I'd like to try and fix it first...

SOURCE: The cricut does not cut through the paper, it only
Yes, there are three rollers that one adjusts your size of the image you are cutting that is on the right hand side of the machine. The other two are on the left side of the machine. The top one is your speed control and the bottom is your pressure. I would move it up to medium when cutting with cardstock or even up to high if it is thick cardstock. Hope this helps, any further questions feel free to ask me.
SOURCE: WHen the cricut is cutting it tears my paper even
After having the Cricut for many years, I finally figured out how to cut the intricate cuts. Use multi cut 2, speed on med (3) and pressure on 4. I also keep my blade at 4. It takes a lot longer to cut but it cuts out good!
my cricut expression just started only cutting out half the image does anyone know y??
