What for I should buy water snails? Buying it, I will have to think about their feeding + they make poops and it isn't profitable for me, so they instead of help will bring me problems, so add me duties. Frankly speaking, I think that it's better to buy the live rocks, then snails, because they play the same role, but they don't need to be feed. I read first time about live rocks at https://arcreef.com/live-rock/live-rock-... and was very surprised, that there is such a good thing, that help owners of the fish tanks.

SOURCE: What is the best way to remove algae build-up from my artificial aquarium plants?

Begin by washing them gently with clean water; use your fingers to rub off as much algae as possible. If they need further cleaning, place them in a bucket with water and an all-natural, biodegradable cleanser of your choosing. Allow them to soak for a while and then rinse them off thoroughly. If you need to use a small amount of bleach, that is ok. Most importantly, make sure you rinse the plastic meticulously before putting them back into the aquarium.

W/o it work if I don't add shock to the water, is it dangourse to swim in whilst it's green

Hello Jeannette -

The green color in a swimming pool is a sign of algae.

Apparently, the big problem with algae is the bacteria which can feed on algae waste.

Regarding bacteria feasting on algae waste . . .
(Quote)
Some of the most encountered problems are gastrointestinal illnesses, like E.coli and Giardia, rashes, skin lesions and other dermal infections, respiratory infections and swimmer's ear.

Personal opinions: I won't swim in an algae filled pool. You shouldn't either or subject anyone else to a swim in algae filled pool. Clean it up and keep the pool well-maintained, or drain the pool and cover the empty pool so no one will be subject to an accident.

Best wishes.

Basic difference between animals and plants for a) Movement b) Nutrition c) Reproduction d) Growth and e) Response to the environment

Providing even a fairly basic answer would require an essay it is beyond the scope of this site and beyond the scope of myself, in terms of time and effort, to provide.

There is little difference between plants and animals - both are cellular, dependent on water and are carbon-based lifeforms using similar building blocks of life and mostly plants reproduce using male and female interaction even though many are self fertilising and some are self-propagating. Many plants can reproduce in more than one way....

Plants use photosynthesis to convert carbon into sugars where animals have a symbiotic relationship with gut bacteria that breaks down and converts food that has passed through the preparation stages of chewing and being soaked in digestive substances. The gut bacteria release the nutrients we need and these pass through the gut walls.

Plants don't move in the short term but are capable of moving considerable distances through the action of wind, water and animals or birds in a sort of symbiotic way; in a similar way to how they evolve to cope with long term environmental difficulty and changes.
Some plants move by self-reproduction; growing until a part leans over and touches the soil where it will put down roots, eg. brambles...

What is fotosintese

I THINK you mean photosynthesis

See this: Photosynthesis is an important biochemical process by which plants , algae , and some bacteria use the energy of sunlight to produce food. Most living organisms are, ultimately, directly or indirectly dependent on photosynthesis for their food. It is responsible for the production of oxygen that forms a large part of the earth's atmosphere . Organisms that convert energy through photosynthesis are called photo robberies . It is estimated that more than half of all photosynthesis occurring on earth does not originate from plants but from bacteria and algae.

Aerobic system's how it operates

A sewage treatment system utilizes two types of bacteria to break down waste products, aerobic and anaerobic. Aerobic bacteria need oxygen to live and do their job of breaking down wastes. Anaerobic bacteria need an absence of oxygen to do their work. The first tank of a septic system contains the anaerobic bacteria the second tank and drain field ( or drywell) contain the aerobic type of bacteria. Anaerobic is needed to break down solids but it cannot do the job alone so when the waste leaves the first tank air is introduced to kill the anaerobic bacteria and the aerobic bacteria is used to finish breaking down the waste.
Hope this helps.

Algae in keurig

Not sure about your make and model of coffee maker. But I have a drip stye and peculator type about six cup coffee maker and I use a diluted mixture of a half cup vinegar and 2cups water and run it through the machines every few weeks and follow with a couple plain water treatments. This creates a hostile environment for all critters, algae, fungus, ants, bacteria etc.

Are there any disadvantages to using artificial plants in my aquarium as opposed to live ones?

There are several disadvantages; in fact the only advantage I can think of is that they are easy to maintain. Real plants help fish survive in many ways, leading to the reasons why artificial plants are at a disadvantage.

Real plants can act as a source of food for your fish

Fake plants cannot keep your tanks carbon dioxide/nitrate levels low

Real plants fend off algae growth

What's a mechanical filtration?

Mechanical filtration is the straining of solid particles from the aquarium water. Most common mechanical filter media do not remove microscopic bacteria and algae from the water. Neither will mechanical filtration remove any solids trapped by gravel, plants, or decorations. When using this method you'll need to use another method in addition in order to get rid of the solid wastes in your aquarium.

There are brown spots on the fake plants in my aquarium. What should I do?

It sounds to me like you have an algae problem. You should make sure the filter isfunctioning and then replace the water in the tank. You should remove the plants from theaquarium and wash them off thoroughly, under warm water, before returning them.
