My Guest key cards are still working after check out, how do I disengage previous guests key?

is this a home lock or hotel.
lost the manual for the system? did you
no makers name of lock and model number told
is it 1 door key lock or part of a system of locks. not told
my guess is your tech that installed this tuned off guess.

when posting about locks in computer form, know that we can not guess 1000 of locks system used world wide for decades
I say get the manual and read it, from the maker for the lock
or call a lock smith, and see him do the same thing;.

A few possibilities. First reprogram guest key then dip. If not fixed, load pp and Initialize lock. If not fixed confirm proper operation of pp by Initializing a known working lock. If pp is in good shape, change control board and Initialize. Your problem should now be fixed.

Engage the deadbolt. Try the guest key. If you get a green light with the deadbolt engaged, under the cover plate, adjust the cam a quarter turn. If you still get the flashing red and green, at the switch by the cam, disconnect the small connector with the red and black wires. Try the guest key. If you get the green light then that little switch next to the cam should be replaced. You will replace the entire plate because the switch is fixed to it.

see front desk ask for two new keys one for you and your guest. providing it's the card type they can program new codes ,leaving the lost key and your old key inoperable, or they might reprogram your old key .. ether way it's a simple fix .. jay the pump guy florida
