How do I turn on the wireless radio on my HP officejet Pro 8620?

i cant print what happening. Its telling me to load paper but i have paper in slot. This started happening after a paper jam.

How are you connecting to the printer (over the network or a direct USB connection)? If you are using a USB connection, try a new cable or plugging into a different USB port. If you use a USB hub, try a direct connection.

If you are using a network connection, check if your firewall is blocking the connection. Also check that the router (or switch) didn't dropped the network connection and didn't re-synch with the printer (or worse changed the IP address of the printer).

There is a button, on the printer, usually. This printer should be network cable attached and not USB. USB requries a host system and that host needs to be running and have sharing settings set to share.

MUCH better to connect the printer directly to your router.
