No, they take a lot of time. In some cases, they are not even effective. And in some cases, they work only if the marks are mild. And it is always better to consult a skin specialist for any kind of skin problems. For stretch marks removal, I would suggest visiting any licensed dermatologist. Hope that clears your doubt.

Not doubt if you are making ice cream at home then it will be pure natural ice cream but gathering of all ingredients and perfect ratios and all such things consumes time. So I prefer to go on my favorite ice cream store and select any flavor or topping according to my mood.

I have no instructions with my ice cream maker

If you can locate a model number (probably on the bottom), you can get an instruction manual from the parts department at sears.com.
Generally, you really only need a recipe (thousands on line), (preferably) crushed ice and rock salt. The ice is packed around the canister and then drop the rock salt liberally on top of it. The rock salt lowers the thaw temperature creating better removal of heat from the ice cream brew. You will probably have to add more ice and salt as the original depletes.
It's hard to find a commercial product that equals your home-made ice cream. :-)

Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

3 cans fat free evaporated milk
1 quart fat free half and half
1 quart whipping cream
1 cup Splenda
vanilla to taste

Mix all together. Follow directions for electric ice cream maker. Makes 1 gallon. To make chocolate ice cream, add sugar free chocolate syrup in recipe.

Hi,
A basic vanilla ice cream recipe to which you change vanilla for anything you wish to is as follows:

Ingredients:
1/2 pint (250ml) single/light cream
small tin of condensed milk
1-2 teaspoons vanilla extract (according to taste)

Pour all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.

Transfer the whole mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Ice cream not firm

The freezer bowl is sensitive. Go ahead and thaw it out until you can hear the liquid swishing around inside - usually letting warm water run through it is sufficient for thawing. Then refreeze the bowl, making sure the bowl is sitting flat/level in the freezer. When making ice cream with this unit, letting the freezer bowl sit out for even 20 minutes can unfreeze it enough so that you only get sludge. Do not remove the freezer bowl until you are immediately ready to pour the ingedients into the bowl. You can even pre-chill your ingredients by letting the ingredients sit in the freezer for about 15 minutes - although I have found that this usually has the opposite effect of what you have just experienced --> the ingredients usually freeze up so fast that the mixing paddle is no longer able to turn.

Gets only cool not cold

Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
makes 1 generous quart
4 egg yolks
2/3 cup sugar
2 cups half-and-half
1 vanilla bean or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup whipping cream
In a bowl, beat the egg yolks until blended and mix in sugar. Heat the half and half, stir into the egg yolks, and pour into the top part of a double boiler. Split the vanilla bean and scrape its seeds into the cream and add the bean as well. Place over simmering water and stirring constantly, cook until the mixture is custard-like and coats the spoon. Remove from heat and refrigerate until cold, or several hours. Remove vanilla bean. If using vanilla extract, stir it in at this point. Just before ready to churn; stir in the whipping cream. Freeze according to directions for your ice cream freezer.
