Hello, Georgia -
According to the History section of the Onex Shoes web site,
http://www.onexshoes.com/history/
it seems that the parent company for Onex Shoes is:
Onnik Shoe Company, Inc.
11443 Chandler Blvd
North Hollywood, CA, 91601
(Source: D&B Hoovers [a division of Dun & Bradstreet], a well-respected business intelligence company,
http://www.hoovers.com/company-information/cs/company-profile.onnik_shoe_company_inc.aafa9af7835d85c3.html# )
The only phone number I could find for the company (found on the above cited web page) is:
(818) 506-5353
I suggest you call the telephone number I found. (Call during weekday business hours, Pacific Time.) Ask to be connected with Customer Service. If there is no Customer Service department ask to speak with someone in the company about how to get your shoes repaired.
If the company does not provide any repair service for its shoes, if you have not already done so, check with a shoe repair business in your area to find out if they can repair the heel of your shoe.
Personal opinion: I find it odd that the Onex Shoes web site has no "Contact Us" link.
If you are unhappy about your Onex shoes and an inability to get the shoe heel repaired, you can post your complaints about the company on several web sites:
P*ssed Consumer (TinyURL link):
https://tinyurl.com/z4hb3x
and
Ripoff Report:
https://www.ripoffreport.com/
Plus, you can file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for Los Angeles, California:
https://www.bbb.org/losangelessiliconvalley
This is a number to an entirely different business, IT is not Onex
I came across this phone number for Onex:
(818) 765-3400

You are in the car and truck section. Please re-post.
There's many places you could get your shoes repaired, just google "shoe repair" and your zip code. Also , I'm sure this is a lame idea , as those are probably nice shoes, but you could try spray painting them silver again , or a craft store might have special paint that would be better.
I would try to find a shoe repair shop and get them to fix the leak. This isn't something that you can normally fix yourself.
SOURCE: How are shoe sizes calculated?
Every Brand has a different way to design their shoes, you just keep in mind that your foot size is 28cm and relate it according to their size chart.
