It's real a treatment
I believe that it's better to treat diabetes as it's usually done. The same goes for other diseases which are well-known and not hard to cure. Cannabis products are not studied well for now but they are proven to deal with mental issues (such as insomnia, depression, etc.) pretty well. This industry is growing, productions are so big that manufacturers hire security guards to protect them. Cannabis will definitely be more usual to our life and no doubt the use of it in medicine will grow. But when it comes to serious illnesses it's better to cure them with known means.
There are too few studies on this subject actually. Hard to tell
Some study says that cannabis compounds may help to control one's blood sugar levels. Those who are using cannabis can become obese. These both factors are important in a diabetic patient. If you are a diabetic patient, assume cannabis oil as an alternative treatment.
Actually, cannabis oil has some medical benefits but not for all disease rather it's good for external use only so you can use this for chronic pain, back pain, migraine, and cancer so this is not a proper cure treatment for diabetes because there is no real cure for diabetes. I bought this cannabis oil for my sever migraine disease from Green Cannabis World Wide & this was really so effective for me with giving instant result.
There is no real cure for diabetes
researchers are working for cures by rectifying the problems with the pancreas where by natural insulin is produced by the body and while they are close , it is not yet a reality for sufferers
Type 1 use a needle
type 2 can control it with diet and oral medication
cannabis oil is for pain treatment and seizures
I case you have a medical condition that requires
monitoring, such as diabetes, consult your doctor well in advance of your
departure to plan a coping strategy in the destination time zone.

The cannabinoid THCV has been known to help with diabetes. By blocking THC from the CB1 and CB2 receptors it acts as an antagonist and therefore curbs appetite. It was found in a 2016 study to decreased blood glucose levels and increased insulin production in people with type 2 diabetes when combined with CBD indicating a “new therapeutic agent for glycemic control”.
