Could be anything from ill fitting shoes to a diabetic problem I would check with your doctor or pharmacist. if your body is giving you a new or different signal ie pain, it is telling you something has changed, always better to catch something early than too late! hope it helps.

Kidney and liver failure in diabetic

The liver failure has really nothing to do with the intake of ibuprofen, or the diagnosis of insulin dependent diabetes. The kidney however is, by both. Diabetes can cause the destuction of the filtering cells of the kidney causing kidney failure. Ibuprofen inhibits the release of prostaglandin which causes the vessels in the kidney to dilate and increase blood flow in the kidney. This is a double whammy.
