Fitbit Setup

Note that only setting the time zone can be done manually. The specific time is derived by syncing with the primary device, not the fitbit.

SOURCE: My fitbit blaze no longer tracks my heart rate as of 3 days ago. Everything else works fine.

I would try cleaning the sensor with a bit of rubbing alcohol and a soft swab. Once it is dry try using it and see if it starts working. If that does not work you can contact Fit Bit and see if your unit is under warranty.

I have a wireless sync dongle, I want to set up my Fitbit how do I proceed

info i was able to find i hope it helps

When do I need the wireless sync dongle?
    Fitbit Store.

Note that Blaze customers who want to use a computer don't need a dongle if these conditions are met:
    • The computer is running Windows 10.
    • The Fitbit app for Windows 10 is installed.
    • Blaze is in the charging cradle.
    • The other end of the cradle is plugged into a USB port on the computer.
In this scenario syncing occurs while Blaze is in the charging cable. It only works in conjunction with the Fitbit app for Windows 10.

    • Plug in the charging cable into the USB port of your computer.
    • Find the tracker from the wristband. To do so, impulse the screen slightly so that it removes from the frame.
    • Place the tracker inside the charging cradle with the screen in front of you and the four gold prongs associated.
    • Adjacent the cradle cover.
    • Watch for a large battery icon that acts momentarily on display to let you know that charging has in progress. It gives a hint of how low your battery is to start, and a small battery icon persists in the top left corner while charging so you can check progress.
